Valley Academy for Career and Technology Education

​​These career and technical education programs are provided to current high school students of local public high schools and charter schools as well as home schooled students.  Students currently enrolled in online education or those that have received their GEDs are not eligible.

Students in these programs may earn high school and Yavapai College credit simultaneously.  

The Valley Academy for Career and Technical Education pays the college tuition fees for these programs as well as books and industry certification expenses.

Registration for the Fall 2018 programs are now open.  

Registration will be taken at the V'ACTE office located at 3405 E. State Route 89A, Building B, Cottonwood.  For information, contact the V'ACTE office at 928-634-7131, Ext. 18

​Students should bring the completed application packet found
at this link with them to register, or they can complete this paperwork on site at the V'ACTE office.  Students will also apply for Yavapai College admission and complete the college registration process at the V'ACTE office. For college admission, students will need their social security number, a personal email address, and a parent/guardian email address.
